The rich got tax cuts, the trickle-down effect clearly isn&#039;t working, as Key, English and their political allies mates have been wishing, Meanwhile, ministers, other MPs, executives in Local Government and state owned enterprises have continued to cream it. What part of these increases have generated a trickle down effect?  We have to ask Sweet Fanny Adams to answer that.]]></description>
